We accept orders from horse enthusiasts from all over the world including Europe, South America, The Middle East, Africa and even the South Pacific. Shipping is normally not that difficult. We ship internationally on a regular basis and can easily process and ship any order you may have. International orders can be placed via email and credit card information will be processed through our secure website.

Payment for merchandise is limited to the methods listed in our shopping cart and must be in US Funds only.
Order Processing Turnaround Times
Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 to 4 days, depending on current workloads. Your order, within contiguous USA, will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS)or DHL, and takes approximately 4 to 6 working days. Please confirm price and product availability prior to ordering. Orders shipped to International destinations are subject shipping platform availability and cost. We try to send international orders att the lowest cost possible, unless instructed otherwise.
Mutiple Item Cost Savings!
Shipping costs may be dramatically reduced when shipping multiple item/saddle orders together (at one time, rather than separately.) Call our shipping department to determine shipping price breaks.
Shipping Insurance
For your safety, shipping insurance is charged on every order. Your order will be charged at a rate of 1.00 for the first $100 and $0.50 for every $100 thereafter, eg., on a $500 order insurance would cost $3.00.
Insurance will cover possible damage during shipping and lost goods by United Parcel Service up to the insured (purchase) value.
Insurance coverage will vary with International orders, however, we will strive to give you the best possible rate for your area.
All Canadian orders will be adjusted to reflect the current rate of GST/HST prior to shipment.
Canadian orders may be subject to customs and excise tax at time of delivery for those products that are not made in the USA. Canadian orders are also cheaper if they arrive via USPS or Canada Post, thus eliminating the additional brokerage fees charged by carriers such as DHL, Fedex etc.
